If you have a patient cashier you can buy the Appetite Control Spray for $10, get the $10 RR and then buy the Joint Juice with the $10 RR.  You will need a filler because you will be using the $1 coupon and the RR which also counts as a coupon.  I bought Dawn for $.99 (with Walgreens coupon) as filler.  You could also buy a can of Arizona Iced Tea

) as filler instead.  Then I got back another $10 RR for the Joint Juice.

Here's a GREAT DEAL that I did today.  Thankfully I had a VERY patient cashier who was actually excited by my couponing.  I bought a ThermaCare Pain Relief Heatwrap for $2.50 minus the $1 coupon so I paid $1.67 out of pocket including tax.  I got back $2.50 in RR.  I then used my $2.50 in RR to buy an Arizona Iced Tea 1 gallon bottle on sale for $2.50.  I just had to pay $.15 tax out of pocket.  So for $1.67+$.15= $1.82 I was able to get 1 ThermaCare and 1 bottle of Arizona.  The cashier let me make several transactions this way so I got a lot of Arizona Tea and I have a happy hubby!
